LUOKAS VYNTRA'S FIRST PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT WITH PANILIAKOS

Paniliakos Pyrgos, also but known asPanileiakos, was established in 1958 from the union of four clubs - (Ethnikos, Iraklis, AEK and Apollon) from the city of Pyrgos.


They were formerly the first team of PredragDordevic, a Serbia and Montenegro international before he relocated to Olympiacos.

Greece international Stelios Giannakopoulos, and VassilisLakis, also a Greece international has also had spells with the club.

LoukasVyntra is a Greek footballer who hails from Czech and currently plays for AC Omonia as well as the Greek national team.

Specifically, he is a central defender and currently defending for Omonia in Cyprus first Division.

He can as well play as a right back, left back, or a defensive midfielder if situation calls for it.

The former Greece international who moved as a youngster to his mother's home country, won both the Greece Super League and Greece cup in 2004 and also repeated the same thing in the year 2010 with Panathinaikos. He has so far recorded 57 appearances for the country.

The 36-year old penned his first professional contract in 1999 with Paniliakos. He made his senior debut on loan with third division Veroia in 2000/01.

Going back to Paniliakos at the end of the season, he swiftly became an important player and got established in the starting eleven, helping the team win promotion to the Alpha Ethniki in 2002/03.

Making his debut in the Greek top-flight, Vintra played in Paniliakos' first fifteen matches of the 2003/04 season.

Paniliakos was relegated from the Super League Greece, the first league in the system of Greece football to the 4th level.

However, they have been promoted recently and as of 2013/14, they played at the second tier and currently on the third promotion league in Greece.
